Marie the Cat needs a home
Marie She is Grizabella from Cats, stopping in to have her last chance at love before heading to the Heaviside Layer. She is someone’s sickly relative, ignored and ultimately abandoned when she could no longer be the young person they remember.
She is Marie, found in an alley, near death and suffering from a virulent kidney infection and what turned out to be stage 3 kidney disease. She had been someone’s pet, and we knew this because she’d been spayed and declawed, the latter a painful operation that’s again a matter of convenience. Whether she slipped out or was dumped to die a painful death, we’ll never know.
